Level up with our fit level system

Fit Level 1 - Balance
What’s life if you don’t have balance?  Not much, and it works the same with fitness.  If you don’t have balance most likely you’re going to be doing it all wrong, so it’s the first thing we work on.
Fit Level 2 - Endurance
Endurance is a scarier word for stamina.  Seriously say endurance, it makes me think of pain for some reason.  Any ways the more stamina or ENDURANCE you have, the longer you can last working out and the more calories you can burn.  Then it’s your choice whether or not you’ll eat them all back.  We’re hoping you won’t.
Fit Level 3 - Strength
Have you ever seen any of the avengers movies where the hulk rips out of his shirts?  That’s strength.  Although ripping your shirts off isn’t the best way to build strength, lifting heavy stuff is.
Fit Level 4 - Power
I was once told my super power is my super human eye rolling.  Power workouts will make you feel super human in other ways.  It is like making lifting heavy stuff look easy.  This is only for the elite so beware…
Bonus - Fit Level - Flexibility
You can only move as much as your body lets you.  This level is all about finding out what moves you can do and which ones you need to build up to.
